Chris brings over 21 years of real estate industry experience, with the past 18 years dedicated exclusively to the Inland Empire industrial market. He specializes in the origination, structuring, and assemblage of land for regional and national development firms, while also advising landlords on the marketing and leasing of warehouse facilities. Notable recent transactions include the assemblage of 80 properties totaling 213 acres in Bloomington, CA ($200M consideration); a 12-year lease with Ecolab for 460,000 square feet in San Bernardino ($50M consideration); and a 15-year lease with Home Depot for 1 million square feet in Ontario ($200M consideration).
Chris is actively leading the assemblage, acquisition, and entitlement of multiple industrial land sites across the Inland Empire totaling approximately 700 acres. As a Principal at Groundswell Pacific, he continues to pursue strategic land development opportunities throughout the region.
Chris has been a licensed real estate salesperson with the California Department of Real Estate since 2004. He holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Cinematic Arts with an emphasis in Screenwriting and a minor in Entrepreneurship from California State University, Long Beach. A Newport Beach native, Chris resides there with his wife, Christina, and their four children: Avry, Kyla, Olivia, and Josiah. In his free time, he enjoys skiing all over the world and traveling with his family and friends.
